PIPES (Priority, Intentions, Practical Exchanges) is an organization that helps our youth in Shreveport, Louisiana, keeps our youth from going to prison, and teaches them the skills to stay from going to school to prison pipeline.

To deter criminal behavior and recidivism through inspirational and cultural change.

First, to educate, advocate, assist, and provide support to the current and formerly incarcerated persons with the goal of developing, enabling, and empowering those individuals to achieve their full potential through self-awareness, self-management, and self-sustainability; and second, to deter criminal behavior and reduce recidivism through awareness, support, education, training, and conflict mitigation.
